The Avantra customer office is available throughout the calendar year for requests and queries between the hours of 0800-17:00 CET and 08:00-17:00 CST/CDT.  However, there are a number of public, local and company-wide holidays that may affect our responses.

Please take note of the days where Avantra support services and CSM availability will be limited or unavailable over the calendar year 2024. During these days, responses to non-urgent tickets and requests will take longer.
